Privacy Notice:

P and S Hobbies and Models do not disclose your personal information to third parties other than the banking system we use to take payment for your goods and the carriers who will deliver them.

Warranty:

All our products are covered by various different Manufactures Guarantees and as such all differ.  Please ask for details. BEWARE Helicopters and Aircraft are not Guaranteed against or after crash damage and all such claims will be dealt with both professionally and courteously. In the unlikely event something should fail contact us with the problem and we will endeavour to do our best to speedily resolve the situation in the best possible way. If goods are returned and found not to be faulty there will be a charge levied and you will be charged for return of the item. All return postage will be paid by yourselves in all circumstances.

Orders:

Our website will allow you to purchase From P&S Hobbies & Models Ltd Web Store.

If you order quantities of items greater than we hold in stock you can amend your basket down wards until we can fulfill the lesser amount as we do not hold an out of stock or back order system. You may however email

 
sales@pshobbiesandmodelshop.co.uk with a greater amount you require and we will email you back with delivery dates if possible and status should you require us to.

Please note: At this moment in time we do not ship out of the UK through our Web store. If you wish to contact us by email or telephone we can get the shipping costs for you.

Your order will become Official when we agree to sell you the item or items you have chosen. A Contract of Sale is not agreed until we decide to dispatch your order.

Orders may not be processed on our closing days but will be completed next working day.

Please note: when placing your order all your personal information must match the details given by your card provider exactly including address and postcode.

Website:

We try to keep the website up to date but mistakes can be made. In the event of this or price alterations we will contact you and you will have the choice to except the changes or cancel your order.

All items are offered for sale unless sold out.

All Descriptions and colours are as accurate as possible omissions and errors excepted. Please make sure you check the item is what you require.

Colours may vary as Manufactures have the right to change specifications without notice.

Orders can be placed through our website, or if you prefer by email or telephone.

 Delivery:

•  We will endeavor to dispatch your goods as soon as possible on receipt of your order and acceptance by us.
•   Orders of small items which will go by post office will be despatched the same day or the next when ever possible.
•   Orders for larger items made on Friday or the weekend and Bank Holidays will be dispatched within 48 Hours of Trading resuming.

 
These times are guide lines and if possible will be sooner but we do not have control over the carriers if it takes a little longer. Please Note some areas of the UK are not covered for Saturday deliveries.

All Goods will be delivered to the address given by you so please make sure you fill in your details correctly. We are not responsible for mistakes made by yourselves or delivered to a neighbour or other place if requested by you.

If you pay by Pay Pal please supply them with the delivery address or they will not cover the costs of an item if it does not arrive. 

If you wish delivery to another address you may be contacted to verify authenticity of the card holder. If you do not comply then anything delivered to another address we will not be responsible for any problems that may occur.

Once you have taken delivery of your items you have 48 hours to notify us in writing or email if anything is defective, damaged or parts missing.

 If the Packing is damaged by the Carriers it must be signed for as such or you will not be able to make a claim.             

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown when you get to your purchase. This does not cover islands and Highlands so you will be contacted with the increased cost.

Cancellation and Returns:

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched then you must contact us immediately. If you do not and the goods are dispatched you will be liable for all shipping charges Outward and Return.

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive you have a seven working day period starting from the day you receive your order in which you can return any products for a refund less delivery costs. Part built, started ,run, flown items or opened boxes are not covered by this and will not be excepted. All returned items must be in original unopened boxes.Damaged goods .you should sign for items as damaged and check your items within 24 hours as claims have to be logged with our couriers in this time frame .Failureto do this will result in No claims being allowed for damage in transit etc. You must inform us in writing or email before the end of this period. The products must then be returned within this 7 day period, unopened and in their original condition. Charges will apply if any parts are missing ,altered , modified, swapped or damaged. If the goods are in a sealed box or package the seal must still be intact or the refund will not be accepted. You are responsible for insurance and return delivery costs.

We will endeavor to make any credits for goods only within 28 days of your original purchase date but most are done within 3 working banking days .

Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

We shall endeavour to resolve any disagreements between us and you quickly and efficiently. The agreement between you and ourselves shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you and we shall both submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
